3. Degree or Diploma Certificate.
4. All Marksheets (10th,/12th/B.sc. Nursing/GNM)
5. Registration Certificate.
6. Internship or equivalent Certificate (if available)
7. Date of Birth Certificate (Not be vaild only on the basis of 10th marksheet)
8. Experience Certificate if any.
9. If the Nurse married we need the marriage certificate.
