MilitaryNursing Service (MNS) exam offers career and employment exclusive to girls! Good news: boys are simply barred from this benefit. Talking about MNS, it is a 4-year B.Sc study course cum training for girls. It is part of the Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMS), Indian Army. The applicants must have passed 10+2 level of education with science stream, including biology as a core subject. 50% marks in intermediate are mandatory. Also, the applicants must be fit medically. The selection for MNS involves a written exam+ and an interview. The written exam incorporates General English, physics, chemistry, biology, and general intelligence. The time limit is 90 minutes; total number of marks is 100; paper is objective in nature; and the medium of paper is English. The interview+ medical examination is scheduled for 2- 5 days and only the selected candidates are finally admitted to MNS The employability in MNS is quite appealing as there is scope for Short Service Commission as well as Permanent Commission.
